Food is also addiction if not in control…

Do you feel like you sometimes lose or have lost control over how you eat?
Do you ever make yourself sick because you feel uncomfortably full?
Do you believe yourself to be fat, even when others say you are too thin?
Does food or thoughts about food dominate your life?
Do thoughts about changing your body or your weight dominate your life?
Have others become worried about your weight?

Food addiction is a complex mental health issue that can have serious complications if left untreated, it is highly recommended that professional help be sought to effectively heal from this disorder. If you or a loved one has found yourself stuck within the vicious cycle of a food addiction, you have likely experienced a roller coaster of emotions, including despair, frustration, and hopelessness. Come out from the illusion about food we have in our mind. It is a myth that Food is a source of energy and glamour or charm.

However, for many individuals, food can become as addictive as drugs are to a substance abuser. For men and women suffering with a food addiction, highly palatable foods.

Food addicts become dependent upon the “good” feelings that are obtained from consuming certain foods, which often perpetuates a continued need to eat, even when not hungry.  These behaviors generate a vicious cycle of food addiction.  As the food addict continues to gorge upon foods that induce pleasurable feelings, they often overindulge and eat beyond what is required for satiety and normal nutrition.

Food is not the source of vitality as it appeared to be, Man has to work from morning to evening, and there is investment of energy. Since the mistaken concept prevalent in the society is that food gives energy.

Although my above statement is 100% true but it is very difficult for me to prove for a common people. So I will start from worldly known truth... while working you will consume energy and if you will not have proper food you may lose the weight. Its true but I ask you one question suppose you are very much tired exhausted up to extreme level, in that case which gives you energy ......Sleep or Food..??

Unknowingly you will say I need both, But firstly you will say without sleep you can’t be fresh just by having enough food.

Actually work involves destruction of tissues and loss of vital power, while food replaces the lost tissues and vital power is replaced during deep sleep.

If food could restore vital power, there would not have been any need of sleep and then at the end of the day, when vitality is exhausted, one could have taken a hearty meal and continued working throughout the night.

I mean to say due to misconception we are addicted to food so much that overeating is a very normal practice in the society and much unneeded food is gulped down and the result is accumulation of impurities and obesity .
